    Cuadrilla just signed a 30 year land lease for Lower Stumble (current Belcombe site, I think) with the Belcombe Estate/Family last month.

    Interpretation of possibilities:
    1. Future production site.
    2. Future Mr AC' holiday retreat.
    3. Cuadrilla diversify into UK real estate business (which my friend told me has great potential for increase in value unlike Sydney)
