The cold ignorance of the industry on PR and community engagement in their early stage is a disaster. MEL licence buy back is another example of how badly the management handle the jealousy of the anti capitalism by the local activism against fossil fuel. Just because the public needs it doesn't mean they love it. For a long time oil and gas men think they are king of the world and this certainly build up the resentment by the public. Now it back fired.
