apparently that is what they are called in QLD and WA...all that money went on boys toys ......cars,boats, bikes, you name it they had it....in the mcmansions with home theatre............now the reality check....no jobs.... the mining giants gave them the opportunites....big money, and its been wasted on toys..... article in the AFR today about the CUB's....I have never heard of it...but I guess its what irresponsible boys do... guess they will need to do some serious assessment of their situations to overcome it.... oh well...easy come easy go....lots of proverbs....a fool and his money is easily parted ..... some will set up their own business and save themselves....others will have fire sales.... in another 2-3 years, with recovery underway, back on track...and there will be another more subdued group of bogans to take their places...or will they ? no wonder there is so much angst about house prices in those two states
