Nope, definitely isn't. AP loves to dangle carrots in front of short term traders, but those timelines are always slower than he initially proposes.
Think his long-term habit of doing that is one of the causes for low sentiment about our current campaign. I don't think anybody capable of moving the ticker believes what he's communicating about the drill or updated resources assessment.
