20 to 30 seems to be the consensus but at that price I see it as a steal and I would be very disappointed if it settled in that range. The amount of oil in Alameda alone would warrant twice that and if we are talking all rights to block 9 who knows what else is there waiting to be found. Hoping the BOD just don't roll over in anticipation of a quick buck.
