How do they get the oil to the refinery/ port? Several reports have indicated that their road transport is only good for around 5000bpd.
That's a hell of a lot of days to fill your average tanker of 1.5-2 million barrels.
I would have thought they'd need pipeline infrastructure before they could consider exporting.
