As baja has alluded rule 101 of takeovers is for manipulators to have a long term approach to clamp stocks down until shareholders exhausted and cap the stock on good news day.
But at takeovet day, theu then offer double triple or quadraple from the low base.
However once a stock like may produces oil and earns its barrels of oil than the manipulation ends once other institutions come in.
So sell if you like. But if oil flows alameda and marti you wont ever be able to buy back
