Maybe keeping the share price low deliberately for some reason (friends/investors slowly accumulating under the radar)I've been of the opinion for some time that may has reeked of insider trading. Seen it drop hard at the end of the day right before a negative announcement the next day a few times.
Just a conspiracy but AP is smart he knows announcements and better news flow would pump the price up his doing this for a reason. Maybe takeover offer is close and he doesn't care about short term price anymore?
Either way we are close to the biggest catalysts in company history
