Playing devil's advocate, if the market is currently not appreciating MAY because there's lack of clarity around a forward plan to monetisation, rather than the size of the resource, the report in itself might not move the SP significantly. It will be an important step in any potential forward plans though, which is my gut feeling about what is holding MAY back currently (though still a bit perplexed by it, honestly).
