I'm happy to be wrong but i think you guys have counted your chickens before they hatch!
If MAY would even contemplate a sale of its 30%, either fully or partially, which I doubt, there's no way an acquirer would be offering a straight out cash deal. It would be a structured deal, with share swaps or similar, royalties on production etc etc.
