I didn't say it would amount to nothing; I said it may not be the catalyst for the SP increase.
IMO AP will have the soldiers ready (brokers) to start the SP rising in the same way he did 2 years ago, then the news flows of which part of that news will be the McDaniels report, (creates retail FOMO).
Report being the key word as no one actually knows if it will result in an upgrade.
IMO I could see a drive to secure both Tranche 1 and 2 for his team, 20c for 20 days. Then they have proper skin in the game before working out the sale.
