Hypothetically, and ... its hard to imagine from the balance of probabilities, but if Marti was a failure, have a think what that ACTUALLY means.
We have oil already.
Its just a matter of whether as an oil producer, we deliver a 3 course or a 5 course meal to our customers; plastic cutlery or silver. I think we've progressed far enough to stray from finger food... due Cubans use Western cutlery? (I honestly do not know).
