Hmm, Afawcett believes that because of the importance of this announcement they are triple checking all the variables/data to ensure all is wrapped tight. As he is regularly in contact with AP I will go with his view. You're alternates are viable on past performance and I still feel there may be some political interference with politicians wanting the good news exposure. No one really knows. I do suspect Cubans use conventional cutlery not chopsticks, LOL , the things that crop up here on HC.
