As I've said any shareholder can contact AP, he might have a delayed response depending on his availability or whether he is in country. I know a few on here are in contact with AP.
We must remember that there are geopolitical issues at hand with Cuba that are complex. The country is in an energy and financial crisis and what Melbana is doing is proving up a significant new energy source for the Cuban people and one that will provide much needed forex into the country as well as taxes/royalties.
We need to be patient as we are probably with in a month of material news flow both from the company and media.
