No arrogance intended..however the OP outlined a base scenario on success over the field and pricing the reservoir ( of course that is not proven ) however they were based on pretty low numbers tbh and he actually could have gone to a mid case range to demonstrate his numbers , he didn’t  .., you replied with your case scenario on success however , the whole crux of this deal, is not based on one well from the whole of block 9 , which you based your success case on.

if we are only ever going to produce out of one well , then of course his numbers are out and your numbers come closer.

however that is not what the JV here is about..

No need to comment on the finalisation of the sign off, all my words and I think the OPs were typed on the basis that this would be signed off as clearly outlined by the company, .. if it’s not, then yes.... no need to write about the impact there..
