Interesting article Moshe and clear to see lots going to start happening soon on a wider field with Cuban oil.
The dire situation with Venezuela is gong to really hit home, that Cuba must self sufficiently supply more oil for their economy.

If PA are doing anything in Cuba, which I doubt, it is not related in any way or aspect to any project of ours.
