    1. Not exploration? the "oil" so far is a number in a spreadsheet, same as all the old MEO company maker promoted projects.
    2. No money to drill, how many capital raises required? or farmout (when did that work - when oil was $100/bbl)
    3. share price is what the market will pay. Why so low? see #1, #2 (and management track record)
