Genorah got offered 12c plus free carry. got millions of shares for lost farms (conveniently now in zijin hands), downgraded to 10c plus free carry due to desperate measures and zijin exploiting it.
yet shareholders who would likely rather go on (my preference) and be involved in the mining process and watch the share price go way higher on the back of production, who aren't in desperate financial need for cash....get offered 8c, increased to 10c, no premium to what genorah got despite no free carry into the project and then loopholed into an amalgamation via the foreign registered link with a threat of walking away if more than 10% of us vote NO (to which the bluff will certainly be called)
All while the ASX/ASIC do nothing but turn a blind eye in the protection of Aussie holders.
