    I hope company money is not being used to finance this action.....

    another company that did something similar used the companies money to finance legal action on a shareholder that was a bit vocal by the Ceo and directors......

    I am not saying this is the case in this instance.......

    But company money should not be used to finance legal fights on shareholders, who have a vocal opinion.

    I have also changed my view on this company to a SELL now....
