How about the same rules for all.
minimum $500 spend on each transaction
Brokerage on each transaction minium $20
This would end the 1 share purchase and stop bots in thier tracks
This would level the playing field a lot.
The market would then reflect true sentiment of supply and demand which is what it was designed for.
