You can have abstruse Nominee accounts, that link into even more obscure Nominee accounts ,and so on and so forth, virtually ad- infinatum. ASIC does not want to go down this investigative path, "not sufficient resources" Until we can get complete transparency on this issue,and this can only be done politically imlo , the stock markets will always be subject to some sort of manipulation.
BTW i have a good friend currently in England on holiday who holds a great many CDU shares, and has a great deal of legal and other experience in these matters . I intend to send him your in depth analysis when he returns . I know that he intended to put in a submission on various ASIC failings in regards to the Corporation Act.
