I always get a wry smile when "expect the unexpected"
is mentioned like you I have been a SH for years but
unlike you that statement does not have connotations
of world shattering good news at any second, from my
view point it means the opposite.
I remember the JORC fiasco the cost overruns and the
missed timelines those events to me are no longer
unexpected.
It will be interesting to see what the upgrade will
be some on this site have huge expectations 40m to 50m
at 4%? have been alluded to.

MAX you are one if not the most respected poster on
this site my post was in jest and sardonic in nature
not having "a go"

And to continue in that vane don't lose your sense of
humor after holding for almost 8 years you need one.
