I would hope that a thorough investigation of trading in CDU, especially on the 18th August,2010, will indicate that manipulation of the stock had taken place over a long period, and that a claim for compensation to those share-holders affected would be justified.


In my case, just on the trading of my ComSec Margin Loan on the 18th August,2010,I was pole-axed in no mean manner.

On the eve of 18th August, 2010, I held 16480 CDU shares - Value $77,439.00

If I could have retained all of my shares, I would be worth $64,436.00 today. Around 10% still in the red.

However, having been hit hard by the sting on the 18th August, 2010, I now hold 5510 CDU shares valued at $21,544.00. This shows I am $55,856.00 out-of-pocket. A massive 73% loss.

CDU will need to go to $15 a share just to get back to where I was on the 18th August, 2010, and, what's more,I am 11000 less overall in my share holding.

The loss of 11000 will deny me something like $150,000 with a $15 or thereabouts CDU price tag.

I am thinking of the hundreds of Mums and Dads who have finished up in a situation similar to mine.

Let us all hope Investigations bring out the true situation
and those affected CDU share-holders are rightly compensated.
