That is what I said to you and the forum before. And that is, that for people like you, it would take a real miracle, and hoping that a T/O will not come out soon. Otherwise, you will be looking at the eight ball, with very minimal chance of recovery.

Sorry to say that to you max, but it is only a repeat of one of my previous posts, and real hard facts. But I do hear you.

Now, if what that person told me last thursday is correct, (See one of my previous posts in that regard) then, IMHO, we will only have two chances of someone getting caught out and pay any compensation.
A) Buckley's, and
B) None.
That is of course, if that was the real catalyst of the drop in the sp at the time.
