I don't believe Max is complaining about being taken out on margin call ! He knew the risks an took on the leverage associated with that.

Below is the response I made earlier in the thread to Skipper X. I believe this is what Max is referring to.


While the points raised in your comments are indeed factual , perhaps there is at least one thing that warrants investigation.

I would have though that some scrutiny on a broking house that had previously had a buy rec on the stock and coincidentally shorted almost a million shares just prior to the JORC release and a priority email sell to their clients with a sell rec and a revised price target about 80% below their previous target, would have at least raised a few eyebrows ? if not a full investigation by ASX or ASIC ?
