I see more class actions are occurring with other stock such as against the NAB today to recoup SP losses....approx $6/share in their case.
There is no reason imho that the deliberate down ramp BOT manipulation / churning that was deliberately ignored by the ASX should not be able to be challenged in a class action.
The ASX approve Algo Bot Trading to function outside of its original intent and as such they too ( not just their shielded Big N) will be involved in any action for recompense that just might come out of this whole affair.
