I hope for your sake something comes of it but knowing ASIC that's the end of the road on this matter. The problem is turning up evidence which the average punter will never be able to do unless a good Samaritan provides the info. ASIC do have the powers to investigate but not the resources, nor the legislative regime to support their prosecutions.
