    Greetings Karlene.

So nice to see you posting on the CDU Thread again Penny. A hearty welcome back.

imo. You could do well buying and holding onto some CDU shares. This should enable you to get back all of those losses you incurred in the past, and a portion left over for a handsome profit for many years to come. I suggest in future it is better to take out a MOU with a Leading QC and a specialised New York Compensation Claim Agency. They will push your case harder for a proper settlement if you want to take it that far.

Feeling cheated - Yes, I am. However,I have lost "all" before - in Real Estate deals and Share Trading.

E.g. Back in early April, 2007, CMN listed on the ASX at 20c a share. I held 312500 CMN fully paid shares.
Some 3 weeks later the stock had fallen to an unbelievable 6c after continual sell-offs. CMN was suspended from trading, and the rest is History. The company went into liquidation without re-listing.

Like all "true blue chumps" I held my CMN 100%. Therefore, I was a little unluckier than you were, I lost all of my investment.

To pour oil onto the fire one of the CMN Directors who resigned quite suddenly early in the drama, publicly announced that he had bought a luxury beachside Apartment on the Gold Coast...Hhhmmmnnnn....

I wonder even to this day how ASIC didn't look after the Mum and Dad CMN share-holders with a little bit of Aussie Justice.

You know what, I get over it and don't let it disturb me one iota. What is done is done with that Episode in my life.

I have Faith, in the end, good will prevail, and what the heck, you can't take the money with you on that day when you will be called to account for your actions before your Maker.

You know, somebody must come to the support of unfortunate Mums and Dads when the need arises. We should all stick together and fight for our rightful outcomes when we trade in shares.

Injustices that are evident and allowed to go unquestioned are an anathema in our Society. Sometimes you have to fight for your Rights.

When people you love and cherish dearly are talking with suicidal intentions and in a state of traumatic despair, you must show some compassion for them - enough is enough in anyone's language. Trading in Shares must have an element of Fair Play or all the Mums and Dads Investors will be eliminated from the Share Market.

I hope that the representations made by concerned CDU share-holders to Parliamentarian and ASIC result in
CuDeco under-going a thorough and honest Investigation.

All should come out in the wash and justice seen to be done.

    Keep well,

    Max
