I'd suggest getting investigative journalists involved like the 4Corners team. This would save you the $$ possibly and you do have several story elements that they might be interested in.
I'd also suggest ASICS's reticence to investigate may have somethink to do with themselves being in the firing line potentially over several matters. To what extent, if any, did ASIC prohibit full disclosure about the JORC in regards to native copper for instance...
On the other hand if the expense of forensic investigations are gone into you might run into a non disclosure brick wall anyway along the lines of the Offset Alpine matter and the 'helpfull' Swiss....
