Further to my email of the 4th June, 2013, hereunder is the copy of a letter that I have forwarded to Mr. Greg Medcraft, Chairman, Australian Securities and Invesments Commission(ASIC).

The situation which CuDeco(CDU) Limited faces is not uncommon with other stocks on the Australian Securities Exchange(ASX).

The current Senate Enquiry into ASIC's ineptitude in the handling of the CBA fiasco should be exended to cover the manipulation that is going on in the share market. CuDeco(CDU) Limited would be a great test case to start with.

The High Court of Australia has unanimously ruled that the buying and selling of shares on the ASX to create or maintain a share price is an offence of market manipulation.

Now is the time to take some positive action to rectify the present most unsatisfactory situation.
