Investigations, if carried out sincerely, should reveal any malpractice. All that is wanted is justice and integrity for CDU shareholders.No more no less.

I have been in this position before Max. The reply to a legal brief demonstrating irrefutable evidence of fraud was that the police did not have the resources to follow up . Drug and rape cases take priority. Political intervention is the only way to change the system . However I am convinced that politicians use ASIC as a crutch and holy cow, to take the heat of themselves, for a financial system that they know full well is inept and corrupted.

What really interests me is wether or not
WM can get CDU exempled from the ASX under the legal provisions of the Corporations Act. Obviously he has had professional legal advice that this option is indeed possible. Do we have any legal beagles on the forum who have
an opinion on this matter.?
