Yes, we both lost out on CMN. If there was ever a case to see directors go to jail, it was CMN, yet got away scott free I believe.

I hope the ASIC investigation in CDU also examines the somewhat interesting nature of the CDU releases.

I for one contacted the ASX about CDU's reference to Cadia Hill, which required a please explain announcement to the ASX.

Whilst one day the CDU deposit may be "proven", I don't have the stomach or the substancial timeframe required to ever get there.
