If Barry's base case is $4 NPV (that's in production remember) why on earth would you pay more than $2 ps now and take on the risk of the unknown. It's clear to see why the SP is where it is in fact I am sure many may consider it to be overvalued. Behind SFR CDU is the second most overpriced copper developer on the ASX.

If you take it's global resource into consideration then it is nothing but a lower end grade mine...nothing special..
