Happy New Year CDU Share-holders.


I am examining a Compensation Class Action Lawsuit,if such becomes necessary,as a result of trading in CDU on the ASX,especially on the 18th August, 2010.

I only have figures for myself and one other, on the number of shares that had to be sold because of the CDU trading on the 18th August, 2010.
