No need to concern yourself...no stock held....but the CDU manipulators sure do need to worry....imho......big time...PLUS anyone who deliberately aided and abetted...should also, I am hoping and do expect, that they will be having many sleepless nights as well....the sort of activity that happened in August to CDU can lead to prison sentences.....not to mention monetary payback....and we are seeing just that occurring in America now with the hated hedge funds and "tip offs".
I wonder if any Americans were also fraudulently manipulated out of their CDU shares? because as we all know sentencing is "severe" in the good old US of A.....it would be fair to say a quadrupling of any sentences handed out here.....mind you that is unless the ATO get involved.....now they go straight for the jugular.
