Hi maxw, I suspect the best you can hope for is a fine for the broker in question.....I reckon they know its coming and will cope it and walk away quietly. ASX/ASIC (or exchange regulatory for that matter) can't afford to open up a 'Pandora's box' over the questionable practices of key participants and the rules around 'price discovery'.

I hope I'm wrong but my observations are based on my direct experience in dealing with ASIC.
