Stumacca forwarded a Report to Mr. Joe Hockey, MP, Opposition, Shadow Treasurer, on the 31st October, 2010, on:

Algorithmic Trading in the Australian Share Market
with a special reference to CuDeco(CDU) Trading.


Noiprocs forwarded 2 Reports to the Australian Securities and Investment Commission(ASIC), on the 15th and 23rd November, 2010. on:

Anomalous Trading by Nominee Entities into CuDeco
(CDU).


maxw forwarded several Papers to 11 Parliamentarians, which included the Prime Minister, the Hon. Julia Gillard, MP., on the 24th October, 2010, and subsequent dates, on:

CuDeco(CDU) - Trading, especially on the
18th August, 2010.


Further action proposed by the relative Authorities will be advised when such is received. A Government Enquiry would be welcome news for us.
