Maxw you write you didn't deserve to lose 2/3 of your CDU shares - but you forget, they were not yours as you freely state that you had bought the stock on margin with someone else's money.

If you had bought them with your own money you would not have lost a single share.

So what caused your loss was not speculator's pushing the price down but the fact you borrowed to own the stock.

So, as you are responsible for your own loss I trust you will be asking your lawyer to sue yourself.
