You will be pleased to learn that I have been corresponding with Senator John Williams since early July, 2013.

Senator Williams has copies of my representations re CuDeco(CDU) Limited Trading concerns, and my request for an investigation into the "F..... S..........." Report.

It is anticipated that the matters will be raised in the forthcoming Senate Inquiry into ASIC. It is hoped that a Royal Commission will be established as a result, as evidence points to many other companies in the ASX having similar irregularities in their trading on the ASX.
