Sent off my CuDeco(CDU) Limited Report re trading on the ASX, to Senator John William's, Senate Public Enquiry, this week-end.

I have requested that my submission be included as a common factor with the Senate Public Enquiry regarding ASIC and CBA activities.

It is an effort to improve the financial outlook for long-term CDU shareholders, especially those affected by the trading of CDU Securities on the 18th August, 2010.
