Brett -how do we know M & G are shorting as well as selling down their holding ? - W.M didnt say that in his ASX Notice - yes he said he asked ASIC to exempt CDU from shorting and he clarified the reason why M & G were selling because of project delays , Cudeco did not say M & G were shorting but it has been quoted numerous times on these threads as fact - it has also been quoted as fact M & G a churning stock by playing pass the parcel which carries severe penalties for disclosure as a sub holder - in fact M & G have been quite diligent in their reporting with Vanguard double reporting their position as beneficial interest.

In Regard to the DFS CDU have quoted several time frames for releasing one over the years - the dates keep getting revised why create expectation in the market then complain about potential investors wanting to see it ?
