There comes a time when the closest thing to 'truth' is revealed, CDU as we all know could have done things differently, who in business in retrospect hasn't looked back and thought jeez I should have done that differently, well surprise surprise Wayne and his team are no different, and I'm sure that all the downrampers understand that.

So downrampers can clacker all they want about this and that in relation to CDU...clearly that is not the main game or the issue.

Given the comprehensive research document that has been put together, the incredible detail, and the research that would warrant a major government report.no self respecting person can ever accept again that CDU has been playing on a level playing field. Not a word from downrampers yet? it will come after they gather their thoughts, and work out how to counter the reports with ifs and buts and whatevers....

The imnportant point is ( as has been pointed out this morning ) the 'market' doesn't decide on what's a fair price there is no such thing as 'fair' in this game.

I recall posting that we are in a war with CDU in respect to our shareholding and the prize to the winner would be your shares and mine...Downrampers are probably in just as much shock as many shareholders are on reading the report..because they would also have been 'duped' out of their shares in other companies..who wouldn't be shocked at the level of manipulation?

I would urge all HC posters to check this research document out (http://www.scribd.com/cudeco_research/collections) to see exactly what we are talking about...this isn't just happening to CDU..I cannot believe that on reading this document ASIC can actually just ignore it's findings...This is a document that will not be 'moderated' (sorry mods) cannot be deleted and will not be going away.

One way or another there will be some action over this report and I urge all posters ( not just CDU holders ) to read it and understand why CDU shareholders have been so vehement in their protestations at what has been going on and will continue to go on until the practice is stopped...greed isn't just happening in the States it's happening right here in good 'ol OZ ..it is time that the unfairness of this system ends..
