    Speaking of cake

    Layering - the placement and cancellation of buy and sell orders by superfast computer software, which were from the micro second they appeared/ disappear,were never intended to be filled.

    This is going to be a problem for a few people in their glass towers of power.

    A large fine, and slap on the wrist is all you can expect when they are identified.
