Forgot to add - I think a lot of people are confusing shorting and churning - You dont have to short a stock to churn it through the day - The brokers use highly sophisticated algorithms to accumulate or distribute parcels of of stock at the best possible VWAP


I have been watching as the price has been going up over the last week and its apparent to me accumulation churning is going on - I believe this is equally as immoral as shorting but both practises are currently legal- Its all about being a net buyer or seller at the end of each day depends which side of the fence you are on.
