Again thanks for your reply.
I never considered you to be an idiot just a little
over exuberant in your defense of CDU.

My observations and opinions are based on over 7 years of
research as a holder, the reason for posting at various
times is out of frustration at the the blatant misinformation and baseless ramping that is the norm on this site.
It is always the "other guys" fault.

The only point of contention I have with what you posted
is in relation to the following.

"Timeframe blowouts are the most common feature in the business of mining and are typically associated with cost
blowouts".
It seems that incompetence is not only the norm but readily
acceptable within the industry I think that both of us
realise that that is not the case, that is why contingencies
and a variety of conditions are considered prior to a major
commitment.
Any "builder" that has cost or time blowouts are normally
introduced to the legal system rather quickly and
from first hand experience it happen's in the mining
industry as well,but maybe the occurrence is not as frequent as you suggest.
