Once again you are wrong . I was not insinuating anything. I am very careful in what I say on Hot Copper as posters have been sued already and I have no intention of being one of them.

Shorting has been shown to have been used by Manikay Partners in the United States for improper purposes and that has forced two of their directors to no longer be directors of the Australian Stock Exchange.

What is needed is for an independent body to examine shorting activity across the Australian Stock Exchange . That may well eventuate from the current Senate Inquiry. We will have to see how that affects trading in CuDeco shares.
