And they are quite right in saying so. Not that I like the practice, but at the present time it remains legal.
And, most importantly it will remain legal until some of our Pollies will decide to wake up from the long slumber, start doing something about it, and make it "ILLEGAL".

Until then, we either accept the practice, or move on to some more stabilised and less risky investment methods.

You could see what happened when, (As we have been told), WM lodged a formal complaint to the Regulators about it. Nothing at all..

I would even go as far as saying that they could have had a good giggle when they received that request.

I personally think that this shorting draft horse issue, has been flogged to death, and it is now in a comatose state. :-)
