I believe there is up to $100m still required to complete the project.
Early DSO sales will be the key to debt funding or a line of credit facility,, enough DSO sales to satisfy interest payments will do initially.
When fully operational paying down the debt and distributing a modest dividend to SH will be achievable.
In 18 months time all the events of the last 7 years will be a distant memory.
