You raise an interesting point and one I would also like answered. Where did that 6% unloaded by M@G go?

It went through as one after hours transaction but there has still not been an announcement as to ownership.

This was a large transaction .All I can now assume is that it has been split with no obligation to advise the market as the holders have less than 5%.

It may well be that the split ownership is held in nominee accounts thus avoiding transparency.
