Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, Nov 17, 2010 (Filing Services Canada via COMTEX) -- Cue Resources Ltd.(CUE - TSX Venture), (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will commence a drill program on the western extension of the main deposit of the San Antonio deposit located in the Company's 100% owned Yuty uranium project in Paraguay. The drilling contract has been awarded to Empire Drilling of Asuncion, Paraguay. Drilling is expected to begin by mid-November and is expected to be completed before the end of 2010.

The new program will consist of 30 holes totaling approximately 3,600 meters. The goal of the drilling is to test the western extension of the main deposit as a follow-up to the drilling of the last 26 holes in a previous round of drilling. The results from the last 26 holes drilled as announced April 26, 2009, showed an increase in the indicated resource of 77% and an average grade improvement of 44%.

"To date we have drilled approximately 218 holes that cover only 2 percent of the concession area, or approximately 65 percent of the known strike length at San Antonio. As such, we have a lot of work to do before we fully realize the potential of the San Antonio deposit, not to mention the 3 other concession areas that we have yet to drill.We hope to experience similar grade and tonnage enhancements as we did from the last 26 holes drilled in the same general area."
